Appel & Omega, Inc. uses the industry-leading Quark Xpress, Adobe Creative Suite, Interleaf Publisher, and Microsoft Publisher software packages to produce any type of documentation, including forms, brochures, newsletters, technical manuals, books. You name it! We can do it! Presentations and graphics can also be created quickly and easily revised using Microsoft PowerPoint, Corel DRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.


State-of-the-Art Equipment

Appel & Omega, Inc. utilizes popular computer/peripheral equipment including: Proofs can be reviewed from color or black-and-white laser output or with Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF files transmitted electronically. When you’re ready to print, you have a choice of camera-ready art options ranging from 600-dpi laser printers to 1270-dpi or 2540-dpi Linotronic Imagesetter output (positives or negatives). Color transparencies and slides are also available for presentations.


It’s Easy to do Business with Appel & Omega, Inc.

For rapid exchange of any document we have a gray-scale-capable Fax machine. This is a great benefit when quick documentation review is necessary. Also, efficient communication of computer files can be achieved through a DSL connection to the Internet. Many of our clients now review proofs in color on their computers with Adobe Acrobat PDF files transmitted via e-mail.


Over 24 Years of Market Communications Experience

The owner, Barbara Appel, has over 24 years of experience in market communications and has been involved with desktop publishing for over 20 years. Barbara was instrumental in the development of several new semiconductor markets while employed by Texas Instruments. Her responsibilities included promotional and technical literature, trade shows, advertising, and newsletters. Barbara was also one of the featured speakers in a videotape on Ventura Publisher produced by Xerox.
