Our band, Fair and Forty, meets Friday night to practice. Recently we got a couple of microphones and were testing those through an amplifier. We recorded several songs and they turned out pretty good for a just a couple of mikes in the living room. So I thought I‘d put several of them up here on the web site. They are a couple of mB each, so they may take a little while to download. Rickett’sHornpipe featuring Heidi on the banjo (I’m playing boudhran) Flowers of Edinburgh/St Anne's Reel with my new dulcimer Danny Boy/Father Kelly's Susan on flute and whistle. I‘m playing concertina. Year of Jubilo/Yellow Rose of Texas Albert on mandolin. |
